Meditation, Relaxation and Pranayama (Breathing)
Yoga includes physical postures, meditation, relaxation and pranayama (breathing).
Vikki teaches all of these aspects of Yoga in group or one on one settings.
Vikki Elms has been a student of yoga for over 25 years and she graduated as a Gita Yoga Teacher in 1999. Vikki is a Member of Yoga Australia (YA) and Meditation Australia (MA). Vikki has completed Post-Graduate Studies in Progressive Yoga Relaxation, Introduction to Meditation, Children’s Yoga & The Eternal Wisdoms. Vikki has taught in many settings which include corporate classes, gyms, community centres & private classes. Vikki provides clear and practical techniques towards gaining balance and harmony and working consciously to achieve greater self awareness and peace of mind.
